What Affects Your Corporate Event Price
All corporate packages are custom-quoted based on your group's needs. These five factors determine your final price.
Group Size
Packages are designed for groups of 15 to 40+ players. Larger groups use more private rooms and more simultaneous game sessions, which affects the total rate.
Number of Games
Standard packages include 2 to 3 games per person. Each additional round extends your event time and is priced per player. Most groups book 3 rounds for a 2-hour experience.
Day of Week
Weekday events offer more scheduling flexibility and easier availability for large groups. Weekend bookings fill quickly and require more advance notice, especially on Fridays and Saturdays.
Add-Ons
Arcade tokens, laser maze access, and additional game rounds can be added to any package. Each add-on is priced separately and added to the final quote.
Booking Lead Time
Booking 2 to 4 weeks in advance guarantees availability for your preferred date and time. Last-minute bookings for large groups are accommodated when space allows.
